OUR EXCHANGE POLICY IS LOCATED ON THE BOTTOM OF YOUR PACKING SLIP THAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE. 

NO REFUNDS.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES UNLESS INSURANCE WAS PURCHASED AT CHECKOUT.
